Return and refund policy
We are committed to providing you with quality swimwear and beachwear. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return period
*You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
* Sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
*Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
*Original labels must be intact.
*For hygiene reasons, the sanitary liners in swimsuits must be in place and intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service at primeraboutique.info@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request.
- After your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label if applicable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a product defect.
4. Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will send you an email to inform you of the validation of your refund.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days following approval.
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an order error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your swimsuit for a different size or model, please contact our customer service department with the details of your request.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of items.
- We do not offer exchanges for sale items.
6. Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at primeraboutique.info@gmail.com with photos of the item.
- We are committed to replacing or refunding any defective item.
7. Exceptions
- Items purchased during promotional sales (excluding sales periods) can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
